Products sold by Totally Sound Health are generally covered by a 12 month warranty.

If you perceive a fault with your product fault with your Sound Therapy program, please contact us to discuss it. Troubleshooting usually solves the problem. Very often a perceived fault is just a usage error or is part of the filtering process. Troubleshooting information is available on the product replacement policy page.

If troubleshooting does not resolve the fault, or you have damaged your player, we will give you a Return Authorization number. We will arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced as appropriate, for free if due to a manufacturing fault, or for a nominal replacement and postage fee otherwise:

Products which are not manufactured by Sound Therapy International, such as ipillows, need to be returned to the manufacturer for service or replacement.

* CDs have been discontinued - replacement is only available while stocks last. CDs in the Basic Music Kit may still be able to be replaced, but children's story albums are no longer available. Please upgrade to a program on Mini MX2.

** Ultra Light and Mini MX1 players have been discontinued. Replacements are now issued on a Mini MX2 player.
